When creating a website for David Hatfield Photography we really wanted to find a way to isolate the photography in the web browser. We used some shock and awe techniques to draw the site visitor in like a full screen image on the home page that automatically detects your screen size and fills it all up with an image. Typically on the home page you will have a bunch of textual content explaining what the site is about what the company or person does; but this is a photography site and we wanted people to know that. This artist's work is so strong no textual words were needed like they say
a picture is worth a thousand words.
So our question to the site visitors is how many words is a really good realy big picture worth?
Well it is a tool used to shoot toads in the air of course. But if you were asking what our company is and what exactly we do that can be clarified as well.
